You often hear people whinging about horrible chemicals being added to their food, and that they prefer chemical-free natural food. Nothing wrong about complaining about additives ... some of them could be quite nasty. Of course they do not seem to realise that eating chemical-free food would be a good way to loose weight very fast ... as there is no such food around.
Everything physical is made up of chemicals. No getting away from it. From the moment you wake up, you are breathing in chemicals, drinking chemicals, eating chemicals. Heck, you're even sitting on chemicals, and I don't mean your chair (although that is also made from chemicals).
Any chemical can be bad for you whether it's something occuring in nature (such as sodium chloride commonly known as salt) or something man-made such as various dioxines.
